All or Nothing is the third studio album by British R&B singer Jay Sean and was released on 23 November 2009 in the United States as the singer's American debut album as part of the Super Monday mass album release in the US. The album was released one week later in the United Kingdom on 30 November 2009 under Sean's own independent label, Jayded Records.

"Down", featuring label-mate Lil Wayne, was officially released on 30 June 2009 in the U.S. for digital download as the album's lead single. It took the number-one spot on the U.S Billboard Hot 100 at the week date of 17 October 2009. The album's second single, "Do You Remember", also entered the top ten on the Hot 100 chart on the chart week of 9 January 2010, making him the first male act since Chingy in 2003 to "simultaneously appear in the Hot 100 top 10 with his first two charting singles." The album All or Nothing itself debuted at #37 on the US Billboard 200 albums chart and at #22 on the Digital Albums chart.
